A plain-English explanation of what this site collects, why, and the choices you have.

Draft — pending David's review

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the towns you're interested in.

Your form answers: whatever you tell us about your situation when you fill out a form on this site.

How you found us: the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters).

Basic analytics: general, aggregated information about how pages are used, such as page views.

Links in David's emails

Links in emails from David may include a personal code. If you click one, we set a first-party cookie on this site for 90 days so we can see which pages you visit afterward — for example, that you came back to read about selling. That helps David follow up with something useful instead of something generic.

This only happens after you've given us your email and clicked one of those links. Visitors who haven't are not tracked individually. You can clear the cookie in your browser at any time, or ask us to stop.

How we prioritize follow-up

To make sure no one waits too long for a reply, we use your answers (such as your timing) and your activity (such as requesting a call) to decide who David should get back to first. This affects only the order of David's follow-up — never the terms, prices or services offered to you.

Why we collect it

To respond to you personally, to prepare for a conversation about your real estate goals, to send the emails you asked for, and to understand which pages and campaigns are useful so we can improve them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site: our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider when you subscribe. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Unsubscribing

Every email from David includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email or contact us below and we'll remove you.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as it's useful for the relationship you've asked for, or as required by law, and delete it on request.
